These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website www.vitalitybloomnutrition.com and any products, services, programs, or digital content provided by Vitality Bloom Nutrition.

By accessing this website, purchasing a product, enrolling in a program, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

By using this website or purchasing our services, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old
• you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• the information you provide is accurate and complete

Vitality Bloom Nutrition provides:

• online educational programs
• nutrition and wellness education
• digital products and downloadable resources
• educational content related to metabolism, thyroid health, fasting, and hormone health

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Vitality Bloom Nutrition provides nutrition education and wellness information, not medical advice.

The information contained in our programs, website, emails, or materials:

• is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
• does not replace medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional
• should not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation

You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health, dietary, or lifestyle changes.

Upon successful purchase, you may receive access to digital materials including:

• video lessons
• downloadable resources
• program guides
• educational materials

Access may be provided through third-party course platforms such as:

• Systeme.io

Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue course content at any time.

Because our programs include digital content, refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

By purchasing digital products or programs, you acknowledge that:

• access to digital content may begin immediately after purchase
• once digital content has been accessed or downloaded, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply under EU law

If a refund policy specific to a program is provided at the time of purchase, that policy will apply.

1. What's included
A 1:1 session is a 45-minute video call on Zoom with Emma Grasl - Vitality Bloom Nutrition.

2. Booking and payment
Your session is confirmed once your payment has been received and you've chosen your time. You'll receive a confirmation email with your session details. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us at support@vitalitybloomnutrition.com.

3. Your intake form
To prepare properly for our session, please complete the intake form at least 24 hours before your start time. If I don't receive it in time, we may shorten the session. Please note that the 48-hour notice period in section 4 still applies.

4. Rescheduling by you
If you need to change your session time, please let me know at least 48 hours before your start time and we'll find a new time that suits you. One reschedule is included with each booking. Further reschedules incur a fee of €45.

5. Cancelling by you
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your session and don’t want to reschedule I'll refund your payment. If you cancel, or ask to reschedule, with less than 48 hours' notice, or if you don't attend, the session fee can't be refunded and the session can't be moved, because that time was held for you.

6. Arriving late
Your session will end at the scheduled time. If you're more than 15 minutes late and haven't been in touch, I may treat the session as missed.

7. If I need to reschedule or cancel
If I need to change or cancel your session, I'll let you know as soon as possible and offer you a new time. If we can't find a time that works for you, I'll refund your payment in full.

8. Your right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you're a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. If you've expressly asked me to begin the service within that 14-day period and you then withdraw, you'll pay a proportionate amount for what has been provided up to the point you told me. Once the service has been fully provided, your right of withdrawal ends, provided you expressly agreed that I could start before the withdrawal period expired and you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully provided. To withdraw, email me at support@vitalitybloomnutrition.com with a clear statement of your decision.

9. Technical problems
If a technical problem on my side prevents the session from going ahead, I'll reschedule it at no cost. If the problem is on your side, I'll wait up to 15 minutes and try to help, and the session still ends at the original time. Please test your connection, camera and microphone before your session.

10. Refunds
Where a refund is due under these terms, I'll send it to your original payment method within 14 days. Your payment provider's own fees are deducted.

11. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

All website content, course materials, branding, graphics, and educational materials are the intellectual property of Vitality Bloom Nutrition unless otherwise stated.

This includes:

• course videos
• written materials
• PDFs and downloads
• program frameworks
• branding and design

You may not:

• copy
• reproduce
• distribute
• resell
• share login access
• publicly display course materials

without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

If you create an account on our website or course platform, you are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• ensuring your account is not used by unauthorized individuals
• notifying us immediately of any suspected security breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
